In the spirit of #throwbackthursday, I thought I would share some of my past creations!
These White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cupccakes were for a birthday/Easter dinner earlier this year.
While I wasn't entirely happy with how these turned out (the white chocolate chips that I added to the cake melted to the bottom, which is a total easy fix for next time), the taste was definitely there and the Hawaiian print liners definitely set the mood as well!
